10 years of HR experience, 5+ years of MGR experience
・Work experience in a manufacturing industry with 100 or more employees
- Extensive experience in recruitment, payroll, work rule creation, labor management (turnover rate improvement activities, etc.)
・Experience in interacting with law firms regarding labor matters (handling issues)
・PC, Microsoft Office compatible
・Business level English proficiency (conversation, reading and writing)
・Health & Safety, Compliance, and employee training support
・Union support experience
